You can be assured that your credit union handles all of your financial dealings with us in the strictest of confidence. We realize the privacy of your personal information is of the utmost importance. Listed below are the guidelines by which we practice:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income.
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage; and,
  • Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.

Information We Disclose
We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf and to our CUSO.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you and/or former members to affiliates or non-affiliated third parties except as permitted by law.

Our Security Measures
We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Safeguards You Can Take

  • Do not divulge personal information on yourself.
  • Protect your PIN Numbers, Account Numbers, etc.
  • Keep us up-to-date on any changes to your personal information so that we can maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Use caution when disclosing any Account Numbers, SS Numbers, etc. to other persons, companies and telemarketers.
